How to print at the right size

  1. Download the PDF matching your paper. Print page 1 first, at Actual size / 100%, one page per sheet, single-sided.
  2. Measure both sides of the 50 mm calibration square and the 100 mm ruler. They must measure correctly. If they do not, correct printer settings before printing the tiles.
  3. Print the remaining pages with exactly the same settings. Each tile has an additional 50 mm scale bar.
  4. Cut on the dashed tile borders. Arrange row 1 at the top and column 1 at the left. Butt matching tile edges together with no overlap and no gap; tape from behind. Grid lines continue across joins.
  5. Measure the assembled outline’s full width and depth against the stated dimensions. Place it on your bench, then separately plan feet, ducts, cables, opening panels and accessories.

The file encodes a 1:1 rectangle; we cannot calibrate your printer remotely. This is an organizational aid, not engineering advice, structural approval, installation approval, or code certification.

All machine templates and sources

The P2S body-size source is xTool’s Australian technical-specification table; no regional electrical or package assumptions are transferred from it.

Why are some models missing?

The current P3, F1 Ultra, and F2 Ultra Single/Dual profiles preserve conflicting manufacturer dimensions. We withhold a definitive full-size template for those records rather than turn one disputed figure into an exact-looking printout. See the full evidence database.

May I share these?

Yes. Share the original PDFs with their source dates and limitations intact, or link to this page so readers can find the current edition. LaserRoomReady’s original template layout is offered under CC BY 4.0. Manufacturer names and facts remain attributable to their publishers. This is not an xTool-endorsed template.
