Inputs are held in the current browser session.
Machine selection, machine or package dimensions, doorway measurements, surface and room measurements, exhaust-route answers, and utility confirmations are processed by code running on your device. The current calculator does not submit them to a server, write them to a LaserRoomReady database, or store them in browser local storage.
Selecting “Start over,” reloading the page, closing the tab, or otherwise ending the page session clears the checker’s in-memory form state. LaserRoomReady cannot retrieve a report after that state is gone.

Identity and address
The checker does not ask for a name, email address, account, street address, payment card, or machine serial number.
Reports and history
There is no LaserRoomReady report account, cloud save, cross-device history, or customer-record database.
Printed or saved copy
Your browser and operating system handle printing or PDF saving; you choose whether and where a copy is stored.
Ordinary web requests still reach the hosting provider.
Loading any website requires network requests for pages, styles, scripts, and images. LaserRoomReady is expected to be delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare and related infrastructure may process ordinary request and security information such as IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device details, referring page, network identifiers, error information, and signals used to detect abuse or protect the service.
That infrastructure data is separate from the measurements entered into the checker. LaserRoomReady does not append the checker’s form values to page URLs or send them with those ordinary asset requests. Hosting log content and retention depend on the active Cloudflare configuration and Cloudflare’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
It refers to the room-check form values and calculation. It does not mean that a website can be delivered without an IP address, request headers, or ordinary security logs being processed by the network and hosting provider.
The current application does not set its own tracking cookie.
At the effective date above, LaserRoomReady does not include an app-owned analytics tracker, advertising pixel, newsletter form, user account, or behavioral profile, and the calculator does not use cookies or local storage to retain its inputs.
Network security and hosting features can change, and a browser extension, corporate network, or external site can operate independently of LaserRoomReady. If LaserRoomReady later adds analytics, advertising, contact collection, accounts, or another material data practice, this notice should be updated before or when that feature is activated.
Saving a report moves privacy responsibility to the chosen destination.
“Print / save report” opens the browser’s print workflow. LaserRoomReady does not receive the resulting print job or PDF. If you save, sync, email, upload, or share a report, the file is then handled by your device and the services or recipients you choose.
A report can reveal room dimensions, equipment interests, or installation plans even when it contains no name or street address. Review it before sharing and protect it according to the sensitivity of your location or project.
Manufacturer and merchant sites have their own practices.
The site links to manufacturer documentation and may later include clearly labeled affiliate or merchant links. Following an external link sends a new request to that third party. The destination may receive ordinary browser information, including an IP address and referring URL, and may use cookies, analytics, account data, purchase records, or affiliate identifiers under its own privacy notice.
LaserRoomReady does not control an external site’s collection, retention, security, pricing, checkout, or opt-out tools. Review the destination’s notice before providing personal or payment information.
There is no operator-held measurement record to request back.
Because the current site does not receive or store checker measurements, LaserRoomReady cannot access, export, correct, sell, or delete those measurements on a user’s behalf. You control the live form by editing it, choosing “Start over,” or closing the page, and you control any PDF or print copy you create.
Ordinary hosting and security records, if retained, are controlled according to the hosting configuration and provider’s applicable processes. Browser controls can limit referrer information or clear third-party cookies, but changing them may affect site behavior outside LaserRoomReady.
This notice must change when the product changes.
The effective date will be updated when a material privacy practice changes. The notice shown when a feature is used should control that feature; an older saved copy may no longer describe the live site. The current design intentionally avoids collecting contact details, so no privacy email address or form is represented here.
