Your room measurements stay in the checker.

Inputs are held in the current browser session.

Machine selection, machine or package dimensions, doorway measurements, project dimensions, surface and room measurements, exhaust-route answers, and utility confirmations are processed by code running on your device. The current tools do not submit them to a LaserRoomReady database or store them in browser local storage. The project-fit tool can create a public URL containing project width, height, units, rotation, P2S support configuration, and M2 module choice only when you explicitly enable its creator-link option; do not use that option for private measurements. Common-size comparison links use public example dimensions, never your entered measurements.

Selecting “Start over” where available or leaving the page clears its active in-memory form state. Browsers may restore pages or fields, and an explicitly shared project-fit URL can prefill the values saved in that address again. An optional remembered planner shortcut reopens the tool, not your answers or measurements. LaserRoomReady has no saved-report account from which to retrieve a cleared report. You control browser history, saved links, and downloaded copies.

Ordinary web requests still reach the hosting provider.

Loading any website requires network requests for pages, styles, scripts, and images. LaserRoomReady is hosted through Cloudflare. Cloudflare and related infrastructure may process ordinary request and security information such as IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device details, referring page, network identifiers, error information, and signals used to detect abuse or protect the service.

That infrastructure data is separate from ordinary tool inputs. LaserRoomReady does not automatically append form values to page URLs or send them with asset requests. If you explicitly create or open a public project-fit URL, its project dimensions, units, rotation, P2S support configuration, and M2 module choice appear in the address and are necessarily included in the page request, browser history, and any place you share it. Comparison URLs contain model selections but no room measurements. Hosting log content and retention depend on the active Cloudflare configuration and Cloudflare’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

Aggregate traffic and coarse funnel steps are counted without saving checker inputs.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is active to measure aggregate page views, referring pages, browser or device categories, country-level traffic, and site-performance information. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first: it does not use cookies or local storage for this measurement and does not track visitors across properties. The analytics beacon does not receive the room, doorway, package, exhaust, or utility values entered into the checker.

LaserRoomReady also sends small first-party events when someone starts a planning tool, selects a machine, completes a fit report, prints or shares a report, requests a footprint PDF download, completes a quiz, calculator or checklist, explicitly reviews a comparison, opens a model-specific planning step, applies a resource filter, sees a paid link become at least half visible, follows a paid machine or accessory link, or returns in a later browser session. A download event records a link activation, not successful printing or file saving. The event fields are restricted to allowlisted labels: event type, page or tool category, stable page code, machine or accessory slug, coarse outcome, link creative label, promotion label, schema version, and a count of one. Hosted evidence embeds do not send first-party analytics.

The site stores a single laserroomready-visited yes/no flag in local storage and a one-session guard in session storage. Neither value is a visitor ID, timestamp, measurement, answer, page history, or advertising identifier. On a later browser session, the flag allows one aggregate return_visit event to be counted; internal navigation in that session is not counted again.

Only if you choose “Remember this planner on this device,” the site also stores one fixed planner key under laserroomready-planner-shortcut in local storage. It remembers a shortcut from an approved list, not a report, model selection, raw URL, query string, measurements, answers, notes, timestamp or browsing history. Remembering another planner replaces the previous shortcut. The homepage can reopen that tool without an account, but does not restore your answers. Use “Clear remembered link” or your browser’s site-data controls to remove it. The shortcut stays on this browser profile; it is not sent to the site’s analytics or a report database. If browser storage is unavailable, the tools still work and you can use an ordinary browser bookmark instead.

New purchase, project, software and business worksheets keep answers, evidence notes and cost labels in the active page only. Copy and download actions include those records only when requested; their share-tool links omit answers. These event payloads do not contain measurements, route segments, decision answers, database search terms, project labels, downloaded content, parent-page locations, names, email addresses, street addresses, full page URLs or query strings, referrers, user-agent strings, session IDs, visitor IDs, or advertising identifiers. Static HTML badges send no impression event. A coarse share event never includes the URL or its values. Most share actions use only the canonical page; the project-fit creator link is an explicit exception described above, and comparison links contain only model selections. When storage is active, events are aggregate counts rather than a visitor journey. Cloudflare may still process ordinary network and security information while delivering the request, as described above, but that information is not written into LaserRoomReady's funnel-event fields.

Requests for the analytics script and beacon still reach Cloudflare and can include ordinary network information such as an IP address, requested page, time, browser details, and referrer. LaserRoomReady does not include an advertising pixel, newsletter form, user account, behavioral advertising profile, or app-set analytics cookie. Clearing site data removes the return-visit flags and optional planner shortcut. If a material data practice changes, this notice will be updated with the feature.

Saving a report moves privacy responsibility to the chosen destination.

“Print / save report” opens the browser’s print workflow. LaserRoomReady does not receive the resulting print job or PDF. If you save, sync, email, upload, or share a report, the file is then handled by your device and the services or recipients you choose.

A report can reveal room dimensions, equipment interests, or installation plans even when it contains no name or street address. Review it before sharing and protect it according to the sensitivity of your location or project.

Manufacturer and merchant sites have their own practices.

The site links to manufacturer documentation and includes clearly labeled xTool affiliate links. Clicking an affiliate link sends a request to Impact, the affiliate network, before continuing to xTool. Those external services may receive ordinary browser information, including an IP address and referring URL, and may use cookies, analytics, account data, purchase records, or affiliate identifiers under their own privacy notices.

LaserRoomReady does not control an external site’s collection, retention, security, pricing, checkout, or opt-out tools. Review the destination’s notice before providing personal or payment information.

There is no saved calculator-report account.

Ordinary calculator inputs are not stored in a LaserRoomReady report database, so the operator cannot retrieve that local form state. You control the live form, saved links, browser history, and any PDF or print copy you create. Explicitly shared project URLs can appear in hosting records, and information you choose to email is handled separately; those exceptions are described above and below.

Validated coarse funnel events are written to Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine as aggregate counters. Cloudflare currently documents a three-month retention period. LaserRoomReady does not use this dataset to identify or reconstruct individual visitors.

Ordinary hosting and security records, if retained, are controlled according to the hosting configuration and provider’s applicable processes. Browser controls can limit referrer information or clear third-party cookies, but changing them may affect site behavior outside LaserRoomReady.

Contacting the operator is separate from using a calculator.

If you email LaserRoomReady at info@laserroomready.com, the operator receives your reply address, message, and any attachments you choose to send through email services. The message is not an anonymous funnel event or a local-only calculator input. Send only what is needed for the correction, privacy question, or website request; avoid private measurements, addresses, serial numbers, passwords, or payment details.

Email may remain in the correspondence and email-service records. This site does not promise an automatic deletion period for that correspondence. You can use the same address to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you supplied, subject to applicable obligations and technical limits. The website has no contact-form database or newsletter signup. See contact scope and correction instructions.

This notice must change when the product changes.

The effective date will be updated when a material privacy practice changes. An older saved copy may no longer describe the live site. The calculator does not request contact details; voluntary email is handled separately as described above.
