Free planning handoff · reviewed September 14, 2026
Plan an xTool F2 craft-fair workstation.
Screen the support, organize load-in and operating questions, and export a handoff. The tool deliberately separates xTool's portability marketing from permission to operate a Class 4 laser around the public.
- Closed-body geometry
- 8 documented gates
- Downloadable handoff
- No account
- No safety approval
Plan the booth without approving the operation.
LaserRoomReady organizes measurements and questions. It does not approve Class 4 operation, design barriers or exhaust, assess exposure, inspect electrical service, grant venue permission, certify materials, or replace xTool instructions and qualified review.
Portable does not mean approved for public operation.
xTool publishes a 175 × 237 × 334 mm body and 4.60 kg machine weight, and markets F2 for portable personalization. It also identifies F2 as Class 4. Its safety training says Class 4 operation is not for conditions with bystanders, children, or public access. A booth layout cannot reconcile those facts by itself.
The planner can organize transport and workstation evidence even when on-site processing is not permitted. Obtain the exact venue position, current xTool instructions, and qualified laser-safety review before promising live operation.
The 6.89 × 9.33-inch body is only one rectangle.
- Stable rated support with the closed machine fully supported
- Exact user-confirmed operating and access zone
- Touchscreen or computer, power adapter, cables, controls, and sample storage
- 65 mm exhaust pipe, supported outdoor route or compatible purifier, and service access
- Operator position, customer and aisle boundaries, and any qualified-review control zone
- Material staging, finished-product pickup, packaging, secure storage, and emergency access
Place the F2, support, air-management equipment, and user-confirmed zones on the scale SVG planner.
The F2's shipping carton is still an open question.
The cited xTool pages publish the assembled body and machine weight, but not a universal F2 carton or shipping weight. Record the exact purchased package, case or repacking method, accessories, lifting method, vehicle placement, route, overnight storage, and removal plan. Do not substitute the 175 × 237 × 334 mm machine body for the protected transport envelope.
