Lay out the machine, support, accessories, and unresolved zones together.

No account · local inputs
1. Machine and support
2. Operating zone

Use confirmed total allowances for lid/panels, materials, accessories, controls, ducting, and service. Do not invent zeros.

3. Equipment and electrical-load inventory

Include filter/fan, chiller/pump, compressor, computer, rotary, conveyor, and other powered accessories. The sum is context only—not circuit design.

Template progress

Choose a sourced machine

The template will prefill its closed body. No commercial model is selected by default.

  • Equipment rows: 2
  • Entered wattage sum: 0 W—inventory arithmetic only
  • Published clearance state: not published for the selected current cohort

This template organizes measurements, loads, questions, and responsibilities. It does not set clearances, specify a support, size a circuit, design ventilation, approve egress, or certify a room.

What belongs on the floor plan

Draw the complete operating setup, not just the machine rectangle.

01

Closed machine + support

Mark the body, feet/support span, bench or stand, weight evidence, controls, ports, vents, and delivery/uncrating area.

02

Moving and service zones

Reserve documented lid and door travel, access panels, coolant and filter service, cleaning, and manufacturer-required spacing. Any unpublished clearance remains unresolved.

03

Material paths

Show loading, stock staging, pass-through or conveyor travel, scrap/waste, finished parts, and material storage without obstructing egress.

04

Support equipment

Give purifier/fan, chiller/pump, compressor, computer, rotary, conveyor, hoses, cords, filters, and maintenance access their own real space.

Confirmation map

Put each unknown in front of its owner.

  • Manufacturer or seller: exact model and version, shipping package, handling orientation, required clearances, compatible exhaust or filtration, cooling, electrical requirements, and prohibited arrangements.
  • Delivery team: package count and weight, route, turns, stairs and elevators, lifting method, staffing plan, moving equipment, floor protection, orientation, and uncrating.
  • Electrician: delivered nameplates, every simultaneous load, the existing circuit, grounding, and protection requirements—not a guessed breaker from a watt sum.
  • Ventilation professional: route, fittings, fan curve and system resistance, make-up air, discharge, reentry, and verification—not a room-volume CFM shortcut.
  • Landlord or authority: lease and building restrictions, penetrations and terminations, nuisance, business use, egress, and any required approvals.

This template is an organizational tool. It is not an engineering report, installation instruction, structural review, safety approval, permit, or code certification.
