Free · physical-scale SVG · fabrication geometry only

Generate a measured window exhaust-panel cut file.

Turn an already-established rectangular panel and exact flange template into a cut-only SVG—without pretending to design the attachment, airflow, discharge, or building modification.

01 · Cut geometry

Generate a measured panel outline and flange opening.

The cut file contains only a rectangle and a circle at physical millimeter scale. It does not choose a panel, fasteners, fan, or discharge arrangement.

Complete the panel geometry

Enter positive panel dimensions, a hole diameter, and a measured hole center.

Valid rectangular geometry will appear here.
Unsupported openings intentionally produce no cut file.

Fabrication geometry only: this file does not select panel material, attachment, weather sealing, security, sash restraint, fan, airflow, filtration, make-up air, discharge location, electrical protection, egress, landlord permission, or code compliance. Verify the exact machine, flange, property, and site conditions.

02 · Inputs

Use finished panel dimensions and the flange's real template.

Nominal hose size is not necessarily the cutout diameter. Establish the attachment plane, finished panel rectangle, exact flange opening, and center location from the real components. No kerf or fit allowance is added automatically.

03 · Deliberate boundary

The SVG contains no hidden installation claim.

Panel material, attachment, sash restraint, sealing, weather protection, security, fan selection, airflow, make-up air, reentry, discharge location, egress, electrical protection, permission, and code remain outside the geometry.

04 · Route handoff

Connect the cut file to a documented path.

Use the vent-route planner and attach the exported SVG to the questions you send to the manufacturer, property owner, or qualified professional.

The panel is only the endpoint.

Record every duct segment, bend, transition, powered device, and discharge question.
