Five original visuals · stable link · printable

See the laser-room questions that a product dimension cannot answer.

These diagrams separate the unopened delivery envelope, closed machine body, operating space, exhaust route, and unresolved evidence. They are explanatory planning aids—not scaled drawings or approvals.

01 · Delivery geometry

Doorway clearance uses the package—not the assembled body.

Package approaching a measured clear doorwayA large package rectangle is compared with the clear width and height between door stops. A dashed turning area remains unresolved.CLEAR WIDTHCLEAR HEIGHTUNOPENEDPACKAGETURN?
Measure between the stops and compare the exact shipped bundle in a permitted orientation. Corners, stairs, landings, elevators, handling rules, and diagonal moves still require a physical walk-through.
02 · Three envelopes

Delivery size, closed body, and operating space answer different questions.

Nested but independent laser installation envelopesThree offset rectangles show that the shipping package, closed machine body, and operating space must be documented separately and are not reliably nested.A / SHIPPED PACKAGEB / CLOSED BODYC / OPERATING SPACE
Do not infer the crate from the body or the operating footprint from either rectangle. Lid travel, stock feed, exhaust bends, cables, controls, accessories, service access, and egress can enlarge or reshape the usable zone.
03 · Exhaust decision tree

“Has a hose” is not the end of the exhaust decision.

This flow documents questions; it does not calculate airflow, select a fan, approve indoor recirculation, or determine a lawful discharge point.
04 · Evidence matrix

An empty specification is a decision input—not a zero.

05 · Workspace-fit flow

A “fits” answer should survive five separate gates.

  1. 1
    DeliverExact package + every opening
  2. 2
    SupportUsable top + documented load
  3. 3
    OperateLid, service, stock, egress
  4. 4
    VentilateCompatible route + permitted endpoint
  5. 5
Power and hand offNameplates + qualified confirmation
A geometric pass at one gate does not override an unresolved or conflicting gate later in the sequence. The final handoff should show every open question.
Planning boundary

These visuals organize measurements and questions. They are not engineering drawings, safety approvals, installation instructions, ventilation designs, electrical designs, lease interpretations, or code certifications. Use current manufacturer instructions and the appropriate qualified professionals and authorities.
