Compare what the room needs—not just what the laser can cut.
Build a side-by-side installation record without collapsing incomplete, listing-specific, or conflicting manufacturer evidence into a misleading winner.

Build a neutral installation comparison.
Select up to three current models. The table preserves missing and conflicting evidence instead of converting it into a score.

Published, partial, conflicting, and not-published evidence remain visibly distinct.
| Planning field | xTool F1 Ultra |
|---|---|
| Closed machine envelope | conflict 10.75 × 14.69 × 19.37 in / 273 × 373 × 492 mm on the product page; the user guide lists 493 × 253 × 373 mm without axis labels Official sources disagree; no single envelope is treated as verified. |
| Delivery package | not-published Main-machine package dimensions and shipping weight not published in cited sources |
| Published machine weight | published 32.4 lb / 14.7 kg |
| Work area | published 8.66 × 8.66 in / 220 × 220 mm; 8.66 × 19.69 in / 220 × 500 mm with Auto Streamline Conveyor |
| Exhaust connection | published 80 mm smoke-exhaust pipe |
| Wall electrical input | partial Adapter input 100–240 VAC; different official fields list a 250–275 W maximum and a 24–25 VDC output of up to 10 A The fields are not treated as contradictory or combined into a wall-load calculation; confirm the exact SKU and nameplate. |
| Numeric operating clearance | not-published No numeric lid, service, or material-travel clearance published in cited sources |

Boundary: This compares retained manufacturer documentation. It is not an engineering report, safety approval, ventilation design, electrical plan, lease interpretation, code certification, or purchase recommendation.
Delivery and operation fail in different ways.
A machine may fit a workbench but arrive in a package that cannot clear the delivery route. A closed body can fit while the space required for the lid, service access, air path, cooling equipment, accessories, or material travel does not. Electrical evidence may describe an adapter rather than whole-system wall demand.
Evidence status is never a commission score.
The builder preserves manufacturer-source status and your chosen order. A paid manufacturer link appears only beneath an eligible selected xTool profile; it cannot improve a field, suppress a conflict, or reorder a model.
Move from comparison to falsifiable checks.
Use the delivery-path calculator, project-fit checker, and scale layout planner on the candidates that remain.
If xTool remains on the shortlist, continue with the F-series room guide, total setup-cost builder, complete setup checklist, X1 launch tracker, and xTool buying options.
Take the comparison into the room.
Use the selected body dimensions as a starting point, then add only user-confirmed operating allowances.
